Each year UC Davis YCA takes several members to the California Cattlemen's Association Convention where they are given the opportunity to listen in on current beef industry issues and topics . This three day annual convention allows students to further develop their knowledge on cattle while interacting with other fellow YCA members and produces. Helping student network with industry members all while gaining professional skills. The club is able to sponsor students’ registration, travel and hotel expenses, making this valuable networking opportunity accessible to all members. This is only accomplished through contributions from generous sponsors and supporters who help fund this trip.
